   Hundreds attended the ground breaking ceremony for the new PG&E Generating Station just north of Maxwell. The 660MW power plant is expected to begin operation in 2010.

   Colusa County Supervisors Gary Evans, Kim Dolbow-Vann, Mark Marshall and Tom Indrieri take their turn at the ground breaking.
