Staff within the Personnel Department of Colusa County prides themselves with providing professional services to the employees of Colusa County and any members of the public.  Various services provided within the department include but are not limited to: recruitment and selection, employment classification analysis, maintenance and creation of personnel policies, labor relations, compliance with non-discrimination and other applicable employment laws.
